anri.io.tensormap_from_recon(maps, lattice_parameters, spacegroup, phase_name, step)[source]#

Build a single-phase 2D ImageD11 TensorMap from maps in reconstruction order.

Parameters:

  • maps (dict) – {name: [n, n, ...] array} in reconstruction order (e.g. on the grid of anri.geom.recon_to_step()), including “UBI” [n, n, 3, 3] (NaN outside the sample) and “phase_ids” [n, n] (0 inside, -1 outside)

  • lattice_parameters (Array | ndarray | bool | number | bool | int | float | complex) – a, b, c, alpha, beta, gamma

  • spacegroup (int) – Space group number

  • phase_name (str) – Name of the phase

  • step (float) – Voxel size

Returns:

TensorMap – ImageD11.sinograms.tensor_map.TensorMap with shape (1, n, n)
