anri.index.candidates_from(d, cand_in, pred, ring_j, pos, scan, dims, k, vb, log=<built-in function print>)

Pick each voxel’s k best orientations as candidates() does, but from its own list only.

Parameters:

• d (Array) – [n_cells] histogram

• cand_in (Array) – [Nv, K2] orientations to score per voxel, e.g. from inherit_candidates()

• pred (tuple) – See forward()

• ring_j (Array) – See forward()

• pos (Array) – See forward()

• scan (dict) – See forward()

• dims (tuple) – See forward()

• vb (int) – See forward()

• k (int) – Candidates kept per voxel

• log (Callable, default: <built-in function print>) – Progress messages

Returns:

f1, cand (jax.Array) – [Nv, k] first-update occupancies and orientation indices
