entries_from_tensormap#

anri.io.entries_from_tensormap(tmap, phase_id=0, z_layer=0)[source]#

Map entries for one phase of a 2D ImageD11 TensorMap, at sample-frame positions.

Uses ImageD11’s own map -> reconstruction -> sample conventions, so a simulation from this map lines up with what ImageD11 reconstructs. Density comes from an optional “density” map (e.g. for pores), and is 1 where the map has none. An optional “sig_rot” map (radians) gives each entry an intrinsic orientation spread, see anri.fwd.render_row().

Parameters:
  • tmap (TensorMap) – ImageD11.sinograms.tensor_map.TensorMap with square voxels in the slice

  • phase_id (int, default: 0) – Which phase to take, from tmap.phase_ids

  • z_layer (int, default: 0) – Which z layer to take

Returns:

entries (dict) – “ubi” [N, 3, 3], “pos” [N, 3] and “density” [N]; “sig_rot” [N] if the map has it
