Read the geometry and one phase from an ImageD11 pars.json.
A file it names is looked up relative to pars.json, or, if missing there (e.g. an absolute path from another
machine), by its name beside pars.json.
- Parameters:
parfile (str) – pars.json
phase (str | None, default: None) – Phase name; may be omitted if there is only one
- Returns:
geometry (dict) – Detector and beam parameters
phase (str) – The phase’s name
cell (dict) – The phase’s parameters (cell__a … cell_lattice_[P,A,B,C,I,F,R])
