anri.io.read_dataset(dsfile)

Read the scan layout of an ImageD11 DataSet file, without ImageD11.

Parameters:

dsfile (str) – <sample>_<dset>_dataset.h5

Returns:

dict – “y0” (None if absent), “ybincens”, “ybinedges”, “obinedges”, “dtymotor”, “omegamotor”, “parfile”, “sparsefile”, “masterfile” and the detector distortion files “e2dxfile”, “e2dyfile”, “detectorh5” and “splinefile” (made absolute: a relative path is relative to the DataSet’s folder; “” if absent), “detector”; “dty” and “omega” [scans, frames] (None if absent): each frame’s motor positions as ImageD11 has binned them, the sinogram’s rows; and “scans” (None if absent): each row’s sparse group, or slice of one (“1.1::[0:1440]”)
