Forward-project occupancies: A f.

Parameters:

  • f (Array) – [Nv, K] occupancies and orientation indices, Nv a multiple of vb

  • cand (Array) – [Nv, K] occupancies and orientation indices, Nv a multiple of vb

  • pred (tuple) – (eta, om, use, w), each [Nq, Nj]

  • ring_j (Array) – See system()

  • pos (Array) – See system()

  • scan (dict) – See system()

  • dims (tuple) – See system()

  • n_cells (int) – Size of the histogram

  • vb (int) – Voxels per block

Returns:

jax.Array – [n_cells] predicted histogram
