anri.index.pad_voxels(pos, vb)[source]#

Pad voxel positions to a multiple of vb with voxels far outside the scan (they reach no rows).

Parameters:

pos (Array | ndarray | bool | number | bool | int | float | complex) – [Nv, 3] positions
vb (int) – Block size

Returns:

jax.Array – [ceil(Nv / vb) vb, 3] positions
