Summed-area table of a lit map, for counting lit bins in any box in constant time.

Parameters:

lit (Array) – [Nr, n_e, n_o] bool, where there is intensity

Returns:

jax.Array – [Nr, 3 n_e + 1, n_o + 1] int32, with eta tiled three times (it is periodic)
