Candidates for fine voxels from a coarse fit: what the nearest coarse voxel and its 8 neighbours occupied.

Parameters:

• pos (Array | ndarray | bool | number | bool | int | float | complex) – [Nv, 3] fine voxel positions

• pos_c (Array | ndarray | bool | number | bool | int | float | complex) – [Nc, 3] coarse voxel positions

• f_c (Array | ndarray | bool | number | bool | int | float | complex) – [Nc, K] coarse occupancies and orientation indices

• cand_c (Array | ndarray | bool | number | bool | int | float | complex) – [Nc, K] coarse occupancies and orientation indices

• k2 (int) – Candidates per fine voxel, the most occupied first

• vb (int, default: 16384) – Fine voxels per call

Returns:

jax.Array – [Nv, k2] orientation indices
