select_peaks#

anri.fwd.select_peaks(ubi, pos, hkls, geom, row, margin, det_shape)[source]#

Mask of the (entry, hkl, branch) peaks that can put intensity into this dty row.

Parameters:

  • ubi (Array) – [Ne, 3, 3] and [Ne, 3] for a chunk of map entries

  • pos (Array) – [Ne, 3, 3] and [Ne, 3] for a chunk of map entries

  • hkls (Array) – [Nh, 3] hkls of the entries’ phase

  • geom (dict) – Geometry dict, see render_row()

  • row (dict) – Row dict, see render_row()

  • margin (Array) – [5] how far outside the row a centroid may be and still contribute: (sc, fc, omega), and how far a voxel may be from the beam’s centre line, across it horizontally and vertically (vertically only for cubes)

  • det_shape (tuple[int, int]) – (n_slow, n_fast) detector shape

Returns:

mask (jax.Array) – [Ne, Nh, 2] bool, branch 0 is etasign +1
