ring_profile

anri.index.ring_profile(chunks, geom, ring_tth, chunk, step=0.002)

Measure the rings’ offsets and half-widths from a sample of pixels (see ring_widths()).

Parameters:

• chunks (Iterable) – Iterable of (slow, fast, omega, row, value) NumPy arrays, e.g. a few rows of anri.io.stream_sparse()

• geom (dict) – Geometry dict, see pixel_angles()

• ring_tth (Array | ndarray | bool | number | bool | int | float | complex) – [Nr] 2theta of the rings

• chunk (int) – Pixels per call

• step (float, default: 0.002) – 2theta bin width (degrees)

Returns:

offset, half_width (np.ndarray) – [Nr] each, in degrees
